The business case

Your Most Valuable Customer Is the One Who Comes Back.

Hospitality has always been a relationship business. myVenU gives operators a way to amplify those relationships at scale.

Published third-party evidence, not measured myVenU results. Mixed-sector findings are not restaurant or nightlife benchmarks. No revenue or profit uplift is guaranteed.

Repeat guests spend more per visit than first-time guests

Exact per-visit comparison remains unverified. SevenRooms reports 27% higher spend by repeat diners, but does not specify the spending denominator.

DoorDash & SevenRooms, The 2026 Restaurant Industry Trends Report (US edition), “Consumers crave a personal touch.”

2026; platform activity October 2025–March 2026

Sample, context & limitations

SevenRooms U.S. restaurant activity. Number of restaurants, diners and transactions for this metric is not disclosed. The report’s separate surveys of 3,001 consumers and 509 operators are not the sample for this platform metric.

Vendor-published observational finding. Per-visit, per-cover and cumulative spend cannot be treated as interchangeable. No numeric headline until the denominator is verified; does not establish that returning causes higher spend.

[STATISTIC TO BE VERIFIED]

Existing guests generate a disproportionate share of revenue

Exact existing-guest revenue share remains unverified. Thanx found that the top-spending 25% of customers accounted for 64% of revenue in a mixed restaurant and retail sample.

Thanx, 6 Critical Stats for Customer Loyalty, original publisher announcement via PR Newswire.

January 29, 2015; 2014 study

Sample, context & limitations

Random sampling of Thanx client merchants: 10.3 million customers, 18.3 million transactions, 54 U.S. businesses and 877 locations.

Top-spending customers are not a defined cohort of existing or repeat guests. The publisher says concentration was greater in retail; no restaurant-only result or repeat-guest revenue share is provided. Revenue is not profit. Vendor client data is not an industry-wide benchmark.

The problem

The Relationships Driving Your Business Are Largely Invisible.

  • “Are you working tonight?”
  • “Where are you working this weekend?”
  • “When should we come in?”

Bartenders, servers, hosts and entertainers earn loyal followings every shift. Those conversations already drive revenue, yet venues have no structured way to enable, measure, or amplify them.

So professionals trade personal phone numbers and social handles, which puts privacy at risk for everyone. myVenU creates a better model.

How the ecosystem works

A relationship that begins at one concept can generate revenue elsewhere in the portfolio. As the ecosystem grows, participating organizations can introduce guests to what else they would love.

Who it is for

Built for Hospitality. Applicable Anywhere Relationships Drive Revenue.

01

Restaurant Groups

Servers and hosts are the face of every concept. Regulars ask for them by name, and a relationship formed at one brand can feed the next.

02

Independent Restaurants

A loyal following around a bartender or server is the closest thing an independent has to a marketing department.

03

Bars & Nightclubs

Guests choose a night out by who is behind the bar or on the floor. Knowing when they work moves the plan.

04

Gentlemen's Clubs

Guest relationships with individual entertainers shape venue choice and repeat visits, and privacy matters on both sides.

05

Casinos

Dealers, hosts and servers shape where guests play and stay. Those loyalties span properties and entertainment offers.

06

Entertainment Venues

Performers, bartenders and hosts give guests reasons to choose one room over another on the same night.

07

Other Relationship-Driven Businesses

Wherever one person shapes a guest’s decision to return, the same model applies.
